Our brand new rooms are furnished with bed, closets, open cabinets and book shelves, windows in the room as well as in the toilet, concrete and tiled pantry/kitchen sink with faucet, Italian granite flooring, solid heavy duty Tanguile door with stainless steel door handle and deadbolt lock, fire sprinkler, own Meralco and water meters, own circuit breaker, and own fully tiled toilet and bath complete with water closet, lavatory and telephone shower. All the walls of all our rooms are made of steel reinforced solid concrete without any hollow blocks or plastering hence ensuring full fire, storm and earthquake protection, moisture and water proof and sound proof for the total safety and comfort of our residents. Our rooms are exclusively for ladies only. Monthly rental rates range from P6,000 to P15,000, depending on room size, facilities included and duration of stay.
OLMC residents are entitled to avail of the following building facilities and amenities: free high speed wifi, free use of study area, lobby, visitors’ receiving area, roof deck laundry drying area, viewing deck, roof deck garden, and Chapel of the Risen Lord.

OLMC Dormitel 2 is located at 2496 Ramtrirom St., Sampaloc, Manila and is now ready for occupancy. We have airconditioned and non- aircon solo rooms which are all brand new with own toilet and bath with shower, small pantry with kitchen sink, cupboard, cabinet, book shelf and bed. All rooms are exclusively for ladies only. Room rates range from P6,500.00/month and upwards. These solo rooms are also good for two. Transient rates is as low as P700.00/day. We are now accepting reservations for rooms at 2496 Ramtrirom St., Sampaloc, Manila.
This new building (OLMC Dormitel 2) is just a stone throw away (just about a minute walk) from the National University. It is also very near the following Universities:
